Wow!!! So glad we decided to give Panchos a try before going to a concert at Brandon Amphitheater! The margaritas were on point! The chips and salsa were fresh and tasty. The salsa is on the milder side, I like a spicier salsa, but it still had a very good flavor! I ordered the "P-6".... AMAZING!! Sooo much food and it was absolutely delicious! The fried egg was the perfect touch. My husband got a combo plate and he was absolutely amazed at their chile relleno. Literally melted in his mouth! The service was quick and friendly. We arrived right at 5pm before it got busy and it was nice, but by the time we left they were getting busy and it was getting very loud. Could possibly use something to help absorb a little of the noise. It wasn't bad enough to prevent me from going back, just wouldn't be a place I would take a hearing aid wearing grandpa for dinner. I will definitely be back next time I'm in the Jackson/Brandon area!

Great food, great drinks, great service... No complaints. Highly recommend the pineapple margarita and fajita quesadilla!

Absolutely amazing food & service. Was met quickly at the door and was sat immediately. We ordered drinks and cheese & was brought out very quickly. Mario did a great job and never let our drinks get below half full. Over all a great experience & the food was amazing! Will definitely be back soon.

Exciting to see another restaurant pop up in little ole downtown Brandon. The food is great, especially the Enchiladas Verdes. The massive windows looking out to downtown Brandon are a huge plus. Friendly staff too!
